I wish I could give this location 0 stars. We ordered through Uber, and one of our meals was missing. The bag also had no napkins, straws, or condiments. I called the restaurant, and the employee who answered agreed that we could come pick up the missing meal. However, when we arrived, she acted confused and called her manager to the window. The manager was extremely rude, did not apologize for the mistake, took the bag with the one meal we did receive, and began arguing with me instead of resolving the issue. I’ve visited several other locations and have always received excellent customer service, but this was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend choosing another location. As filthy as this establishment is on the inside I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet!
I picked up a family meal for $33 yesterday. The shrimp and fish fry was great. They fried fresh chicken infront of But.. this hot freshly fried chicken was smellng really bad inside. The smell is like the chicken was not preserved properly in the refrigerator in the right temperature. Its like partially rotten chicken was deep fried. The chicken was halal. Will never go there. They don't have cole slaw, mash potatoes most of the sides. Just close the business if you cannot run it.
This is the WORSE...WORSE Louisiana Fried Chicken location. I was in the area and decided to pick up a family meal. Boy did I regret my decision. I have been to 3 other spots with no issues whatsoever. Well this one totally dropped the ball. I had never scene a notice giving a set amount time to return the food but the had one. I now see why 😡😤. The chicken was most definitely cooked with the fish. Normally the chicken is fresh out of the grease. Not this case, you could see the corn meal on the chicken from the fish. The taste was off. What a waste of $28. If I was still in the area I would have most definitely returned. How do you mess up fried okra?
